Online Account Center. Pay your bill, view statements, update personal information, and much more from your computer, tablet or smartphone. With your online Account Center, you’ve got 24/7 access to your credit card account anywhere, anytime and from any device.

Replacement cards, free and fast. If you lose your credit card, call customer care immediately. To prevent fraudulent activity, we’ll put a hold on the account and send you a replacement card within 48 hours at no cost.

Payment options that fit your life. Paying your bill shouldn’t be a hassle. You can submit your payment via mail, phone, online, and in many cases, right at the store.

  • Online. It’s secure. It’s convenient. And, best of all, it’s free. To make a payment online, find your Account Center here. If it’s your first time using Account Center, you’ll need your account number to register for 24/7 online access and manage your account online.  Schedule online payments up to 30 days before your bill is due, and payments will automatically be debited from your checking account on the date you choose. Unless you choose another posting date, all online payments submitted before 8 p.m. EST can be posted to your account on the same day.
  • In store. You may be able to drop off your payment in a store near you and have it applied to your account the same day. Check the back of your billing statement to see if in-store payments are available for your account.
  • By mail. Send your payment and payment coupon in the envelope that came with your billing statement. We recommend allowing a week for the payment to arrive.
  • By phone. Easily pay your bill over the phone by calling the customer care line for your credit card. You can find the customer care phone number for your account here. Please note that a fee applies to same-day payments made over the phone with a customer care representative.

  • Protected purchases. We’ll investigate any suspicious activity – and if we find any unauthorized charges on your account, we’ll work to quickly clear them. Contact us right away to report lost or stolen cards, or if you see any unauthorized charges on your account.
  • Unusual activity alerts. Our Account Protection team monitors activity 24/7, and we’ll notify you of anything suspicious.
  • A secure application process. Your application is securely encrypted with state-of-the-art Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. It’s just one more way we work hard to keep your confidence.
  • Free card replacement. If your card is lost or stolen, we’ll immediately issue a new card at no cost to you.
  • Secure online account management. As a registered Account Center user, you’ll have at-the-ready access to your account activity and profile. The steps are simple:
    • First: You create a unique user name and password when registering for online Account Center access.
    • Next: We encrypt your personal information and require additional verification before giving you access from a new device.
    • Always: We will disconnect you after 15 minutes of inactivity, and send you immediate email alerts when certain changes are made to your profile.

When you open an account with Comenity Direct, you can rest easy knowing your deposits are FDIC-insured. This means that if an insured bank fails, the U.S. government will back your total deposits up to $250,000 through the date of the insured bank’s closing. That includes your principal and any accrued interest.

 

We also take extreme measures to protect your identity. You’ll notice some of those safeguards as you interact with us. For example, we require you to authenticate your identity for all information requests and transactions. Other safeguards happen behind the scenes, like monitoring our systems around the clock to keep your personal information private.
